My former colleague from the Medina Gazette Bridget Caswell shot todays photo of the day on NASAs web page.
A worker completes installation of a 25-foot-tall scale model of the Ares V rocket outside the Visitor Center at NASA’s Glenn Research Center in Cleveland. The Ares V cargo launch vehicle will be the “heavy lifter” of America’s next-generation space fleet. and will serve as NASA’s primary vessel for delivering large hardware to space. Glenn is leading the design and development of the rocket’s payload shroud and several subsystems on the upper stage.
Making its first flights in the next decade, Ares V is part of the Constellation Program to send human explorers back to the moon, and then onward to Mars and other destinations in the solar system.
If you can go, you really should. It’s tonight at 6:30pm. Long time friend Dan Ott will be speaking as well.
What does it take to start a company? How do you find clients? Do I have to quit my job? This month a panel of professional freelancers and entrepreneurs will be taking your questions and talking about their experiences starting up and going solo at the Cleveland Web Standards Association.
